Hi fans, we are happy to share this healthy yet delicious dish with you.

𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰:

(𝟏) 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐬 (黑木耳)
👍Good detoxifying effect for the lungs & energy booster (清肺益气)
👍Helps replenish body’s blood and facilitates blood flow (补血活血)
👍Provides calm effect to the body and helps with pain relief (镇静止痛作用)
👍Regular consumption helps to clean up the digestive tract, clear stomach & intestines (清理消化道、清胃涤肠)
👍Good for elderly to prevent from cerebral thrombosis, myocardial infarction and other diseases (预防脑血栓、心肌梗塞等疾病)
👍Reduce blood viscosity and make good blood circulation (降低血黏度,使血液流动畅通)

(𝟐) 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐘𝐚𝐦 (山药)
👍Helps boost the lungs’ strength & repairs kidney deficiency (可益肺气,补
肾虚)
👍Prevents cardiovascular diseases and strengthen the bones (预防心血管疾病,增强骨骼)
👍Keeps body fit & slow down ageing process (健身强体,延缓衰老)

𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬:
1. Soak black fungus till soft.
2. Slice cut the chinese yam, carrots, garlic, black fungus.
3. Add oil in heated wok.
4. Stir-fry garlic till fragrant.
5. Stir-fry all ingredients for 3 mins.
6. Add in oyster sauce, salt & water and simmer for 2 mins.
7. Dish out and ready to serve.
